For their safety, pets must not be left outdoors unattended—even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. Poop bags are provided — we appreciate your help keeping the yard clean for future guests.

The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line — no propane tank needed. Just turn the valve near the grill and you're good to go!
• Trash Disposal
This home doesn’t have curbside pickup, so we ask guests to take trash to the dumpster in the alley during their stay. Thanks for your help keeping the home tidy!
• Transparent Pricing
We keep cleaning fees low by paying our cleaners hourly and passing the savings on to you. The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. For additional guests, there’s a $15 per night charge to cover extra cleaning and laundry.

This is a relaxing, residential home. Parties and events are not allowed.

A gate is available to block off the stairs. It’s stored in the laundry room and easy to set up if needed.
